Honor鈥檚 College interim director deadline extension
The deadline for an interim director of the Honor鈥檚 College has been extended to 5 p.m., Monday, Sept. 30, 2024. This position is for the remainder of the fall 2024 semester and through the spring 2025 semester while a search takes place for a permanent director. All interested individuals should submit a one-page letter of interest and their CV to Vice Provost Trent Sutton (tmsutton@alaska.edu). The role of the interim director will largely be administrative in nature and the individual in this position will report to the vice provost.
The interim director of the Honors College will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for all programs in the Honors College, including the Climate Scholars Program. The interim director should have an interest in working with and mentoring students, staff, and faculty within the Honor鈥檚 College and across 一肖一码中持. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. It should be noted that the interim director is eligible to apply for the permanent director position.
