Facility maintenance involves keeping buildings, systems and appliances in good working condition by carrying out routine service and repairs. While facility management typically refers to commercial building maintenance, these skills can also apply to home and non-commercial property as well.
How is the facility maintenance program delivered?
Facility maintenance courses are offered through an in-person, intensive cohort in Fairbanks each semester. Based on interest and request, we also can also bring facility maintenance training directly to rural communities throughout Alaska.
